Good Luck to All!
WM will take place Sat Jan 30th @ 10am. Home of the two time defending champion.
I’m trying to stay on top of this years Top Prospects Lists. I’ve starting filling in from BP and BA so far. If someone is willing to help, I would deeply appreciate it. I’m looking to get the Top 22 or so from Sickels Site for AL teams. Again, any help would be deeply appreciated. If you want to take a look at how it’s going please visit www.sonsoftheo.com/prospects.html. As always, your feedback is welcome.
ps. If someone wants to help with last years (2009), please let me know.
With Jason Bay heading the NL, DMB will be recieving a Supp for the 2010 Draft. If any other owners have lost players to the NL, please forward or post here to see if they qualifty for a pick.

I’m slightly behind addressing the recent trades involving Sot players being traded to the NL. While I’ll get to the prior trades over the next week, this current trade is a lot closer that I originally had thought. I’ve yet to take an official stance on whether WTNY or Soxin7 will be receiving Javier Vazquez. Of course WNTY is making a push for his rite to claim Vazquez, and while I still feel like Soxin7 should receive Vazquez, I want to reach out to the rest of the league to see if anyone thinks WTNY lost the more valuable SOT player.
Thoughts/Comments/Concerns?
We have 14 Winter Meeting proposals on the board. Could we maybe cool out a little. I know it’s in the best interest of the league but some of these proposals seem like change for the sake of change. And for the most part the same people are participating in the discussions. Do we need 14 rule changes this year? Was 2009 so bad?

Teams should be allowed to use as many nukes as possible in any given week.

Example: S. Richmond, a Free Agent, is scheduled to start wednesday night for Toronto. In the past, we have been unable to add these types. Let’s change this allow Richmond to be picked up that week. Of course, Richmond needs to be activated prior to the start of this teams game.
Same would apply for a Free Agent hitter being activated from the DL. As long as that player is playing in that game or activated I’m okay with it.

I’d like to double this from 2 games to 4 games. Having players with multiple position eligibility in SOT can be nice advantage. I’m not looking to take this away, but just because a player lands at a position for two games, doesn’t seem like enough for me to say that player should be given the benefit of increased eligibility.
